Our Owner, Gideon Epistola, Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), after graduating from college and working for a non-profit organization in the Philippines, came to America with BIG dreams and PLENTY of determination. With little money and with God’s grace and the help of his supportive family and friends, Gideon embarked on his journey towards the American dream. Gideon combined faith, education, ambition, and a keen sense for investing to achieve his dreams.
As the Designated Broker & Owner of the University Place and Lakewood Offices of John L. Scott Real Estate, Gideon takes great delight in seeing Sales Associates exceed their own expectations and reach their full potential, personally and professionally.
